I stayed at the hotel facing the lagoon and Stanley Park with a view. The location was awesome with plenty of nearby restaurants and shops. However, the room was not exactly as described in the photos. The service was exceptional, as they made arrangements to switch our room and were extremely professional and accommodating beyond their duties.
